l. The Minor/ Major Project Report should be computer typed (Engllsh; Fontz- Times new Roman, text Size-I2
` point, ll'eadlng~l4 with bold & sub headlng~14 without bold) and printed on A4 size Executive Bond Paper

2. "?l?;yMinor/Major Project Report should be hard bound with cover page in Black & Royal Blue color for the
Minor and Major project respectively.
3. The p tern ofthe cover page for Minor/Major project report should be according to the sample already displayed
on thrllisplay board ofthe Minor/Major project lab.
4. The Minor/Major Project should be typed on one side with 1.5 spacing with 1.5" margin on the left & l” on
all other side. 1 _
5. The sequence in which the project report should be arranged and bound is as under:-
a) Cover page & title page '
b) Certificate

d) Acknowledgement
e) Table of contents r
t) List of tables

6. The diagram should be printed on light/white background; Tabular matter should be clearly arranged. Decim
point may oc indicated by full stop(.) the caption for figure must be given at the Bottom of the figure and th
caption for the table must be given at the top ofthe table. l
7 . The graph should be combined for same parameter for proper comparison. Single graph should be avoided as f
‘ as possible.
8. Concysion must not exceed more than two pages.
9. Figur must be drawn and should not be copied, paste or scanned.
lil. Project should be mounted on hard transparent sheet and enclosed in a wooden box preferably of
dimensions 42 cm at 30 cm x 12 ern. ,
ll. Title ofthe Project, Name and Roll No. of the Student, Estimated cost of the Project should be written o
outside the wooden box as well as on the Project along with the month and year of submission.
